New SFS Resource Guide Now Available

In response to numerous requests, we have developed the SFS Resource Guide which is now available. Our new resource guide will provide clients with a convenient hard copy reference to the latest reports available from Secure Financial Services. While our web site contains information regarding our standard profit and loss report options and associated services, this resource guide is designed to:

1. Provide an individual review of our currently available supplemental reports
2. Offer related application(s) for each report
3. Provide a convenient, easy to use file for quick reference and information

As we create new supplemental reports and analyses to meet the evolving needs of our clients, we will periodically send additional information that can be easily added to this binder for future reference.

When communicating with SFS staff regarding:

1. The status of your case – specifically critical instructions and updates
2. Special requests relating to processing and deadlines

We suggest you use the telephone over email – as server traffic often delays email delivery and if the communication is of a critical nature, we prefer to speak directly to you to ensure all communication is clear and instructions are executed properly.
