Starting a New Analysis |

| To get started with a securities
account analysis project, please complete the following steps: Statements
Organize the statements in each account in the following manner.
- Separate
the statements for each account.
- Within
each account, organize the statement months in chronological
order. Arrange statements January-December with the oldest month first.
Note: If monthly statements are not available, annual statements will do. Arrange
them with oldest year on top.
- Please do
not staple statements together. User paper clips or rubber bands.
- Indicate missing statements
in the statements with tags or bookmarks.
- Include
confirmations or commission runs whenever a detailed
commission analysis is required. Otherwise we will calculate commissions using
our software.
- Include the statement
of claim with the statements, and the response to the statement of claim,
if available. This information is very helpful in letting us know the primary
concerns in the case.

Letter Please include the following information:
- Case name.
- Party you
are representing.
- List of account numbers and date ranges.
- Dates
of concern i.e. answer due, hearing, etc.
- Your preferred
deadline.
- Contact name(s), telephone, and email.
